Shooting reported in vicinity of Brashear High School in Pittsburgh

(CBS) PITTSBURGH - Authorities are responding to a possible shooting at Brashear High School in Pittsburgh, police dispatch reports say, according to CBS Pittsburgh.

The station reports that Pittsburgh Police dispatch says they are getting reports of at least three people shot. It is unclear whether the three reported shot are students. The station reports that all three of the wounded appear to be in stable condition. One is said to have sustained a graze wound to the head.

According to the station, a news helicopter over the scene captured at least one victim being loaded into an ambulance on a stretcher.

Police are searching nearby woods for at least one shooter.

The school is located in the Beechview neighborhood of Pittsburgh and is part of the Pittsburgh Public School District. There are about 1,500 students in the school, making it the largest high school in the district.
