Washington state cops busted a heavily armed 11-year-old boy intent on murder, police said.
The kid brought several knives, a gun and 400 bullets to his Vancouver middle school on Wednesday, police said.
The boy, who has not been publicly identified, was arrested before anyone got hurt, but he's being held on an attempted murder charge.
Police have not released details about any intended targets.
Vancouver cops responded about 9:30 a.m. to Frontier Middle School where the boy attends classes. The middle school and the adjacent Pioneer Elementary School were locked down for about two hours.

'We got a message on the intercom, and they said we were in lockdown,' sixth-grader Zaniah Matthews told KPTV. 'We were under the table for about an hour, and then we could move around.'
The disturbing incident comes amid brutal week of school violence across the country.
Massachusetts authorities said 14-year-old Phillip Chism murdered Danvers High School math teacher Colleen Ritzer on Tuesday and dumped her body behind the school.
Another math teacher, this one in Nevada, was killed on Monday shielding students from a middle school gunman.
Nevada authorities said Michael Landsberry, 45, was shot by a 12-year-old who wounded two other students before killing himself at Sparks Middle School in the suburbs of Reno.

In Washington, the Vancouver police major crimes unit continues to investigate Wednesday's frightening episode.
The boy was booked into the Clark County juvenile detention center and held overnight.
His classmates were expected to school on Thursday, KPTV reported, while the 11-year-old makes his first court appearance.
