Another shopper comes forth with a 'shopping while black claim,' making this the fourth this month, the New York Daily News reports.

Art Palmer, a 56-year-old physical trainer, claims that four plain-clothes police stopped him after he purchased several Polo dress shirts and ties from Macy's store using his Macy's platinum card and American Express card, the Daily New reports. Palmer claims that the police demanded that he show his receipt and credit cards used for the $320 transaction.

The officers told him that he was stopped four blocks away from the Macy's at Herald Square in New York because they lost him on the surveillance camera, Palmer told the Daily News.

He has filed a grievance with the Civilian Complaint Review Board and the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau is also investigating the incident.
