President Viktor Yanukovych agrees to a proposed amnesty for anyone who has taken part in the pro-European Union and anti-government protests ever since they started in November on condition that protesters vacate all the government buildings throughout Ukraine occupied by them, said Yanukovych's first deputy chief of staff Andriy Portnov. © president.gov.ua
