Miami Beach's Finest are being accused of not living up to their nickname during the arrest of Justin Bieber.

A possible discrepancy over the 19-year-old pop singer's blood alcohol level at the time of the arrest opens up a potential hook on which Bieber's expensive legal team can fight the case.

Bieber registered a blood alcohol level of .014 at the time of his Thursday morning bust for drag racing and driving his rented yellow Lamborghini under the influence -- a relatively low amount that doesn't jibe with the description of the arresting officer's descriptive account in the police report, TMZ reported.

'I immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath,' the arresting officer wrote of his belligerent collar in the police report. 'The driver had slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face. These are all indicators of an impaired driver.'

Another officer also confirmed that the 'Baby' singer had alcohol on his breath when brought to the holding cell, according to the police report.

Bieber also failed a series of field sobriety tests at the scene and admitted he was high on pot, antidepressants and beer at the time of the arrest, officials said.

'There are five tests - I believe he failed all five of them,' said Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez.

The Canadian crooner was ultimately charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired Georgia license.

But a legal source speculated to TMZ that because the low blood alcohol level doesn't match the zealousness of the police report, it could prove a major focus in Bieber's defense.

The latest development from Miami Beach came as news of three police officers in the nearby city of Opa-locka were suspended without pay for allegedly acting like a bunch of tween girls around the singer earlier this week.

The unnamed officers have been accused of escorting Bieber in patrol cars from the airport to a Miami-area strip club Monday without any official authorization, CNN reported.

'We know it was an unauthorized detail,' Asst. City Manager David Chiverton told the Miami Herald.

'We are trying to determine where the authorization for the officers to escort Mr. Bieber came from, where he was escorted and how many of our officers were involved.'
