SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - A prosecutor says a San Francisco firefighter will not be charged after running over and killing a survivor of the Asiana Airlines crash in July.
San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe announced his decision in an email sent Friday.
Authorities have said 16-year-old Chinese student Ye Mengyuan survived the July 6 crash only to be run over by a fire truck while she was covered in firefighting foam.
Two of her classmates died in the crash, which left dozens of other people injured.
