LITTLETON, Colo. (AP) - Former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is visiting Colorado in support of GOP candidates for governor and Congress.
Romney will lead a rally Monday afternoon at a high school in Littleton with Republican gubernatorial candidate Bob Beauprez and U.S. Rep. Cory Gardner, the GOP candidate running against Democratic U.S. Sen. Mark Udall.
Polls show the governor and Senate races to be close, and Gardner's contest is among a handful that can determine control of the chamber.
The rally will also include U.S. Rep. Mike Coffman, who is running for re-election against Democrat Andrew Romanoff, and Cynthia Coffman, the Republican candidate for state attorney general.
