The newest Islamic State propaganda film ends with a gun-toting jihadist speaking perfect, unaccented English - as he forces Syrian captives to dig their own graves.

U.S. intelligence agents are focused on identifying the narrator who appears near the end of the 55-minute 'Flames of War' clip, posted to the internet on Friday, according to a source.

'The flames are war are only beginning to intensify,' the man declares in an ominous voice.

As the unidentified narrator speaks, several men are seen digging a ditch with shovels in the background.

'You can see them digging now their own graves in the very place where they were stationed,' he gloats. 'This is the end of every (enemy fighter) that we get a hold of.'

The video ends with the narrator and several terrorist cohorts executing those men, who were supposedly Syrian soldiers captured by ISIS after fighting near the city of Raqqa.

The narrator's eyes are the only thing visible behind a black ski mask, and he's dressed in desert camouflage. He's waving a black pistol in his hand as he speaks.

His identity remains a secret, but his inflections indicate he's likely from either the United States or Canada. There were suggestions the terrorist could come from Minnesota, home to a cadre of at least 15 homegrown terrorists who left to join the ongoing fighting in Syria.

On Friday, ISIS militants seized control of more Kurdish villages just a mile from the Turkish border in northern Syria.

The capture of 60 Kurdish villages came during a week of fighting between ISIS and the People's Protection Units - the Syrian Kurdish fighters, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

Tens of thousands of local residents were driven from their home by the fighting.
