The emergency responders pulled the victims from the burning home on Hollywood Dr. near William Floyd Pkwy. in Shirley around 10:15 p.m. on Friday, Suffolk County authorities said.
The woman and the three kids were rushed to a local hospital, where they died, officials said.
Police did not immediately release the identities or relationship of the four victims and the cause of the fire was under investigation Saturday, authorities said.
