Deadly blast at Egypt security site

A blast at a security building in Egypt's town of Dakahlyia has killed at least five people and injured dozens, security sources and state media say.

They say the explosion in the Nile Delta town, north of the capital Cairo, was massive and led to a partial collapse of the building.

There are fears that the death toll could rise further.

It was not immediately known what caused the explosion, but one report suggested it was a car bomb.
