Man Accused in Milford Dragging Death Found Not Guilty of Murder

An Ecuadorian immigrant accused of hitting a motorcyclist in Milford while driving drunk and dragging him a quarter mile to his death was found not guilty of murder on Monday. He was found guilty of manslaughter.


Nicolas Guaman, 37, allegedly ran a stop sign before hitting 23-year-old Matthew Denice. Guaman did not stop for a quarter mile, and when he did, Denice was dead.
