Her brothers are accused of setting off two homemade bombs on April 15, 2013 near the finish line of the Boston Marathon killing three people, including an 8-year-old boy.

The explosives, made from pressure cookers, injured more than 260 people, including 16 who lost limbs.

The Tsarnaev brothers were also accused of killing a Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer in the aftermath of the bombings.
