Edmond Aviv, 62, has been bullying his neighbors for over 15 years. The family includes adopeted African american children with disabilities that he enjoys picking on.

And the bullying is not a figment of the neighbor's imagination. Aviv has done atrocious things such as smearing dog waste on their home, leaking kerosene on their garbage, and yelling, screaming, and spitting at and on them when they leave there home. Not quite the kind of place a person wants to call home.

After his fifth time in court, judge Gayle Williams-Byer sentenced the man to 15 days in jail, writing an apology letter to the family, anger management classes, 100 hours of community service, and a weekend of holding a sign on a street corner announcing what a bully he is. some in the community are questioning why he was not given a more harsh sentence, but the family that was harassed just hopes that everyone can get past this and he will have learned his lesson.
