MILWAUKEE -- Today we will get a final look at the race for governor before Election Day. Marquette University's law school is set to release their 9th and final poll of the campaign season.

The poll -- which has earned a reputation for nailing it when it comes to polling and predicting the election -- will be released Wednesday afternoon.

The poll from two weeks ago showed the candidates tied among likely voters -- each received 47 percent of votes. Governor Scott Walker had a slight edge among registered voters.

What is significant about this poll? We'll find out about the effect, if any, of some of the high profile campaign events that have come to the state. Democrat Mary Burke has welcomed Barack Obama, Michelle Obama and former President Bill Clinton. Walker has welcomed New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

Check back at 12:30 p.m. for the full results.
